BEFORE a full mouth reconstruction for a female patient in her 60s. Every tooth was treated. (Note missing tooth, top right.)

AFTER: beautifully restored with all porcelain crowns and bridges and veneers. Gum line is now level and no stains anywhere. Gaps are closed for a beautiful, healthy smile.

BEFORE: Prep work on two front teeth, shaved slightly to accommodate veneers.

AFTER: Two well-proportioned, fitted veneers.

BEFORE: 18-year-old patient with dark silver fillings that need replacement.

AFTER: Dark silver fillings have been replaced with composite resin (white) fillings to match the existing teeth.

BEFORE: Female patient, age 50 with old dark, worn-out silver fillings.

AFTER: Silver has been replaced with composite resin (white) fillings. It’s never too late to replace worn-out fillings!

BEFORE: Chipped front teeth caused by a Sea-doo accident!

AFTER: Smile has been restored with porcelain veneers.

BEFORE: Example of an internally discolored tooth caused by an old, failed root canal.

AFTER: Internal bleaching (through the back of the tooth) cleaned and disinfected the tooth, returning its natural color.

BEFORE: Orthodontia was recommended to correct crowded and crooked teeth, but the patient did not want to spend the time needed for braces.

AFTER: The solution was “instant orthodontics” using six porcelain veneers to whiten and provide the appearance of straightening.

BEFORE: Female patient in her 30s with bands of discoloration and crooked edges.

AFTER: Six veneers were used to whiten and close gaps and correct crooked edges.

BEFORE: Female patient age 32, with a gap indicating a congenitally missing tooth (since birth).

AFTER: A posterior “Maryland” bridge filled the gap and connected the teeth (a conservative approach to treatment).

BEFORE: Male patient in his 70s, before the final crown on his single-tooth implant.

AFTER: The final crown on the implant has been cemented into place.

BEFORE: The top teeth have been prepped for full crowns. (The front teeth are partial dentures.)

AFTER: 12 upper teeth have been restored with a one-piece porcelain bridge fused to metal. (After the top results, the patient was eager to restore the bottom.)
